ARPL manufactures a comprehensive range of rubber products including connector seals, wire seals, O-rings, X-rings, V-rings, rubber gaskets, grommets, rubber caps, bellows, extruded rubber profiles, rubber washers, rubber diaphragms, and custom molded parts. We also specialize in rubber-to-metal bonded components such as engine mounts, suspension bushings, strut mounts, torque rods, anti-vibration mounts, and dampers. For the EV industry, we supply battery seals, IP67 gaskets, flame retardant silicone parts, overmolded busbars, and thermal conductive pads.

ARPL works with all major elastomer families including Natural Rubber (NR), EPDM, Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Neoprene (CR), Silicone (VMQ/HCR/LSR), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Viton (FKM), Polyurethane (PU), and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE/TPU). We formulate custom compounds for specific application requirements — high-temperature resistant, chemical resistant, food-grade FDA compliant, flame retardant UL94 V-0, and MIL-STD compliant compounds.

Our process includes compound formulation based on your application requirements, tool design and in-house manufacturing, prototype sampling with full dimensional reports, PPAP documentation, and production with complete traceability. ARPL holds ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications for quality management systems. Our products are manufactured to be RoHS and REACH compliant. Depending on the application, we produce parts conforming to SAE, ASTM, DIN, and JIS standards for automotive; UL94 V-0 for flame retardant applications; FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for food-contact rubber; and MIL-STD specifications for defence components.

Lead times depend on the project stage. For new product development with tooling, typical timelines are 2-4 weeks for tool design and manufacturing, followed by 1-2 weeks for prototype samples. Once approved, production lead times are generally 2-3 weeks for standard orders. For repeat orders of established parts, ARPL maintains buffer stocks and can deliver within 7-10 working days.
