> ARPL (Asean Rubber Pvt. Ltd.) is a rubber molding manufacturer in India producing custom molded rubber parts via compression, injection and transfer molding, plus rubber-to-metal bonding, for automotive and industrial applications. Founded 1993, based at IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

ARPL operates two plants totalling 42,000+ sq. ft. at IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, India, with 200+ molding machines and a stated capacity of 50M+ parts per month. Plant 1 handles compression and injection molding; Plant 2 covers prototyping, tooling, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and small-batch work, and houses a testing laboratory (tensile strength, hardness, dimensional verification, compression set, aging, chemical resistance).

Processes: compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding, LSR molding, rubber-to-metal bonding, rubber extrusion, die cutting.

Elastomers worked in: NBR (nitrile), EPDM, FKM (Viton), silicone (VMQ, HCR, LSR), fluorosilicone (FVMQ), neoprene (CR), natural rubber (NR), HNBR, polyurethane (PU), TPE/TPU.
